Ottawa Light Rail Art Program – Expression of Interest
The City of Ottawa’s Light Rail Transit Art Program invites professional artists to submit their qualifications to be considered for various permanent public art opportunities throughout the future LRT line. From the resulting adjudicated shortlist of artists, artists will be considered to create fully integrated, permanent works of art for Ottawa’s Light Rail stations.

Applications must be submitted no later than Thursday, Sept 6, 2012 at 4:00 p.m.

3rd semester at Algonquin college ( part time program ) for art and this sounds like a lot of fun!
To whom it may concern,
I would like to make Inuksuks along the route, as Inuksuit are used as land markers by Inuit. The other idea I have is build a large kamotik along the route as well, transportation used by Inuit.
